205,000 square feet combined manufacturing facility
350, 500 and 1,500 ton fast acting, open die forging presses
Four forge manipulators
10" and 12" combination hand mill and 14" rolling mill
39" wide rolling mill
Gas fired furnaces controlled to ± 25ºF
Multiple straighteners including presses, rotary and multiplane.
Two billet conditioning rooms
Full finishing line including lathes, bar peelers, polishers and centerless grinders.
Vertical and Horizontal band saws (carbide capable)
